大年初二車公誕，新界鄉議局主席劉業強按傳統習俗到沙田車公廟為香港求得第十一號「中籤」，籤文為：「威人威威不是威，只當着力有箴規；白登曾起高皇閣，終被張良守舊圍。」解曰：「凡事守舊，求財遂意，自身得運，婚姻不合。」劉業強在解讀籤文時表示，過去3年的疫情令香港市民在求學、工作、家庭團聚等方面大受影響，而正值早前國家「送大禮」讓香港逐步復常通關，籤文正好提醒特區政府要珍惜景氣來之不易，希望下月公布的新年度財政預算案有配合復常措施，謹慎施政，多聽意見，並相信「全都是忠言」，凡事自然會好。

劉業強昨日為香港兔年運程求得車公靈籤第十一號中籤。籤文曰：「威人威威不是威，只當着力有箴規；白登曾起高皇閣，終被張良守舊圍。」解曰：「凡事守舊，求財遂意，自身得運，婚姻不合。」

籤文典故講述漢高祖劉邦不聽群臣勸諫，執意領軍攻打匈奴，終被圍困白登山七日七夜。

今年是新界鄉議局連續第六年為香港求得「中籤」。新界鄉議局前主席、劉業強之父劉皇發曾於2011年、即上一個兔年的車公誕為香港求得此籤。劉皇發當年表示，籤文反映香港能保持經濟及生活環境，並認為團結為重。

有份參與車公誕求籤儀式的行政會議非官守議員召集人葉劉淑儀表示，當前，香港正處於復甦期，沒有這麼快就一帆風順，認為籤文象徵香港目前仍面對挑戰，但會愈來愈好，籤文亦寓意特區政府要謹慎施政是正確的，相信只要行政長官李家超多聽意見，必然有「張良」及「高人」從旁協助。

她指出，李家超新上任半年多以來推出了很多新政策，需要時間才可以看到成果。雖然旅遊業正逐步復常，市面亦熱鬧了很多，但長遠而言仍需留意財政赤字，而今年的財政預算案無需要再派消費券，因為特區政府已經撤銷了多項防疫措施，社會逐漸復常，無必要再派消費券刺激消費。

解籤人李汶釗表示，「『威人』代表充滿活力、希望。『威人威威不是威』，代表香港已經見到希望，但不可以急功近利，政府上下要團結一心，聽取各方面意見，穩步前進，否則便適得其反。『張良』已經出現，但意見未被接受、聽取。」

另外，沙田鄉事委員會首副主席李志麒亦為沙田求得第八十四籤「上籤」，籤文曰：「司晨守夜犬與雞，防範小人吠與啼，既有靈音來相報，萬事亨通任你為。」

他在解讀籤文時表示，相信只要香港市民互相包容，萬事可亨通，期望特區政府對復常通關不要畏首畏尾，要放心去做，社會發展、市民的生活就會非常好。
