Chinese Vice Premier Han Zheng called for the principle of "patriots governing Hong Kong" to be upheld under the rule of law, as he joined a panel discussion with members from the Hong Kong and Macao delegation to the fourth session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Saturday.
